Abstract

|
In the practical field of treatment, it is commonplace for patients to receive two or more drugs concomitantly.
Although, there is few accurate information about the mechanism of drug interaction, physicians should always attention to these drug interactions, especially to adversive effect.
In this review, the author describes about the interaction between benzodiazepines barbiturates, and, the other drugs and also describes about the effects of benzodiazepines and barbiturates on clinical laboratory test results.
